Wassup, Podcast People! Didja miss us?

We missed you! And we’re so happy to be back talking about the movies we love. We’ve got a new episode for you today and we think you’re going to like what’s on the crit list for this week.

Before getting into the new episode,

I want to talk about our journey to this point. The start of a new season is always a moment of reflection for us at Scary Crit. These new beginnings always remind us of where we started, and how we started. And right now more than ever as things are changing, we’re so excited to be growing. Remember our first episode? Sometimes we don’t like to! Talk about humble beginnings. But for everyone who’s been there since the beginning, for everyone who’s given us the space and the grace to grow, and for everyone who’s listened; THANK YOU. Season 9 is a moment of celebration and we are so so lucky that we get to celebrate with you on the road to our 100th episode!

Now, let’s get into this week.

Yesterday we dropped Episode 90 - I Can’t Stand the Spades. We’re talking all things The Blackening. We knew when the trailer dropped, good or bad, we were going to crit this movie. So if you haven’t gone to your local movieplex, RUN - don’t walk RUN - with several of your friends and go have yourself a laugh.
